Early Childhood Fall Programs Registration!

The Richard Sugden Library's Children's Room is happy to announce that we will begin our early childhood programs this month.
We will be introducing a new Baby Time program for newborns to 18 months old and their caregivers, Wednesdays from 10:00 to 10:45.

We also have a Pre-k Story Hour for children three years of age by Oct 1st or older that will take place Tuesdays from 10-11.
All programs start the week of September 20th. Pre-registration is required and is possible online via our Online Registration page!



Our Summer Reading Program!

Story Hour (Pre-K, Ages 3 Years and Older)

The program is offered free of charge with just a $5.00 supplies fee for the year.
Days/times will be available September 1, 2010.

Toddlers (Ages 6 Months to 3 Years

The program is offered free of charge with just a $5.00 supplies fee for the year.
Days/times will be available September 1, 2010.


Unattended Policy

The responsibility for the safety of children in the library rests with the parent/caregiver and not with the library personnel…Children 8 years of age or younger must be attended by a parent or adult caregiver while in the library. The parent or caregiver must be in the immediate vicinity of and in visual contact with the child.
